Lifetime Warranty
This warranty applies to Photon lights ONLY. See the
return page for issues with
batteries.
Before you send your photon light or rave light back, please
email us with the issue. This may save you the time of sending your light back.
The lifetime warranty is from the
manufacturer and not Infinite Lights. All photon lights are covered for life except
in the case of battery expiration or abuse. The manufacturer is serious
about quality. If you have issues
with your photon lights, you can also email info@infinitelights.com,
as we may be able to assist you, and save you the trouble or mailing your
light.
If you need your photon light repaired or
replaced, mail it, along with a note containing your problem, and a return
address, to:

Please ship your light in a small box or padded mailer
and make sure to include a note describing the problem you
are having with the light. The turn-around time is usually
about two days. Total time including transit will of course
vary depending on how you ship your light, but is usually no
more than 2-3 weeks. If you wish to check the status of a
warranty repair, please call L.R.I. directly at
