Payment Methods
VISA/MC/Amex/Discover
- simply place your order on our secure website.
There are no minimums for payment with a credit card.
PayPal -
simply place your order on our website, and choose
PayPal on the payment page. After finalizing the order on
our website, you will be forwarded to PayPal to securely
make your payment. There are no minimums for payment with PayPal.
Check or Money
Order - add your items to the shopping cart, but before you
press "CHECK OUT NOW", select "Printable
Order Form (Postal Mail)". Input your address, and submit the
order. Mail the form
you just created along with your check or money order. There are no minimums
for payment by a check or money order.
Purchase Order

page for our address and phone. Be sure to include
your billing
contact's
FULL NAME and EMAIL
ADDRESS on all faxed or mailed purchase orders. Your order
will be delayed if this information is missing.
There is a $50 minimum
for purchase orders.
Purchase orders for less than $50 will incur a
$15 processing fee. To avoid this fee, increase your PO to $50 or
use another payment method as
detailed above.

and we will email it to you.
If your organization requires a customized
or substitute W-9 form or a vendor application, there is a $15 fee for
orders of less than $100. A Federal W-9 is more than sufficient for tax
reporting purposes. |
